There are times when we can tell we are more disconnected spiritually than we should be, yet we chug along rather than pausing to refuel. There are also times that we just need a boost of refreshing and encouragement.

Once you get to the meditational and survey section, you will know if you want to visit each chapter weekly or more frequently. There is no shortcut to restoration, however the process can be both permanent and at your own pace. This is a resource to help you get there.
